This late-'70s pre-condom classic focuses on the antics of gay men along San Francisco's famed Castro strip. The men are delightfully hairy, as was the fashion of the time, and the sex is raucous and juicy. In a mock-umentary lead-in, the narrator intones today, 130 years later (than the Gold Rush, apparently), another group of men is invading San Francisco. They come not for gold, but to fulfill their special need they are cruisin' the Castro.
